INFORMATION
Join us to experience 3 different ways to unwind and relieve the symptoms of menopause, pre-menopause, and post-menopause.
No experience or artistic talent necessary.
Please dress in comfortable clothing. We will be using glue and scissors (no paint / mess).
Bring a yoga mat, blanket or pillow if you want (we also have some available if you forget).
SCHEDULE
2 - 2:30 welcome, tea and setup.
2:30 - 3:30 Soul Collage TM. A creative process for self-discovery and insight.
All supplies and materials will be provided to create 3 cards / readings. Anyone can do it!
3:30 - 4:00 Introduction to Aromatherapy. Explore scents designed especially to alleviate menopause symptoms.
4:00 - 4:30: Sound Bath. Enjoy the vibrations of Paula’s curated gongs to unwind and soothe.
